Do you Accept Returns?

We pride ourselves on providing durable and luxe products. We do not accept returns. Exceptions may be for misprints and defective products, and we understands mistakes may happen. Please email tahirah@purelifestationery.com including your order number if you feel a refund is warranted.

How long will it take for  me to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 48 hours. We ship via USPS and offer Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) and Priority Shipping (1-3 business days). You will receive tracking immediately upon processing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept debit/credit card purchases, Apple Pay, and PayPal for a seamless and confident purchase.

Can I make changes to my order after purchasing?

Mistakes happen, especially when you are excited about purchasing new stationery! If you would like to change your shipping address, please email tahirah@purelifestationery.com with your order number and correction address. Changes must be sent prior to processing, otherwise, orders are final. No changes can be made to the type of product purchased.

Do you offer bulk order pricing?

Absolutely! We offer bulk order pricing for planners only. Please email tahirah@purelifestationery.com with details regarding your order (planner and quantity). You can expect a response within 48 hours.
